4 boneless chicken breasts thin sliced
1 egg for an egg wash
1 bowl bread crumbs

In a fry pan take any of our high heat EVOO such as grapeseed, almond, or
avocado olive oil and warm the oil. Take your boneless chicken breast
and place each breast into the egg wash and dip them into the bread
crumbs. Fry them until brown and remove them into a baking dish with
fresh squeezed lemon or Meyer lemon olive oil . Bake at 350* for 30
minutes.

Serve them with a rice and vegetables. Yum Yum
