4 Boneless Skinless boiled Chicken breasts
1 small container of Greek plain yogurt
½ cup Black Current Balsamic
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup diced celery
1 cup cut up grapes
½ teaspoon old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Pull apart boiled chicken into a bowl. Add diced celery
and onion and grapes.
Combine black current balsamic and yogurt and blend into
the chicken salad, season with old bay and salt and pepper
and chill in the frig until ready to use on salads or make
picnic sandwiches.
