2 Pears

4 Pieces of Goat Cheese

4 Teaspoons of Honey Balsamic

4 Slices of Bacon


Preheat your oven to 375*


Cut your pears in half length way take off the stem and spoon out the seeds.

Stuff your pieces of goat cheese in the holes where you removed your seeds and drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey balsamic per pear on the goat cheese and wrap each pear with a slice of bacon.

Bake your pears for 40 minutes or until the bacon is nice and crisp around the pear.
