1 Rack of Ribs
1 cup of Habanero Olive Oil for HEAT
1 can tomato paste
1/3 cup of Balsamic (25 star or any flavored Balsamic)
1/3 cup of Molasses
ΒΌ cup of Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Fire up the Grill

Rub your rack down with your Habanero Olive Oil on both
sides and season with Salt and Pepper. Be creative and put
a dry rub if you like.

Combine your next 5 ingredients and baste over your ribs.

Place your rack on the grill and continue to baste and turn
until done.
Ribs will take about 2 hours on low heat.
