1 pineapple cut up into chunks
3 Mandarin oranges broken into slices
3 Kiwis sliced into wedges
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup shredded coconut

**Combine your pineapple, oranges and kiwi into a bowl and drizzle 1/4 up of Persian lime olive oil into your Greek yogurt 1/4 cup coconut balsamic and spoon over fruit until fully mixed in, sprinkle your shredded coconut and serve.
