Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1 bag chicken wings
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of roasted chili olive oil
1/2 cup pineapple dark balsamic
Wash chicken pieces, pat dry and place on baking sheet. Salt and pepper and bake until crispy brown. Drain grease off and place in a large bowl. In another bowl whisk together your roasted chili oil and your pineapple balsamic until they become one thick baste.
