Fire up the Grill
1 lb peeled and deveined Shrimp. Soak your wooden skewers so they are grill ready.
Place your shrimp in a bowl and drizzle them with the jalapeno/lime balsamic. Place them on the wooden skewers and grill them until they are pink and done. Remove the skewers onto a serving plate and drizzle with coconut balsamic and sprinkle with fresh parsley. You can serve them with rice or pasta and roasted veggies in garlic evoo.
Wonderful and easy summer time seafood dinner.
